Am I eligible for an occupational restricted license?

So I was pulled over for speeding in California in march of 2010 (i was 17). The officer proceeded by searching my car due to probable cause and found a small amount of marijuana. He gave me a court date. I showed up at court and the judge gave me a choice of having my license suspended for a year or doing 40 hours of community service and 2 AA cles so i can keep my license. I did the hours and the cles and got my license back. But on July of 2010, the same thing happened and marijuana was found (still 17). I got a court date and my license is currently suspended for a year. I will be returning to california for college in spring and i will be 18 by then. I want to apply for a restricted license. I will be living off-campus so driving is a neccesity. What will my restrictions be?
