Can wife keep child away from me until divorce is finalized?

its not legal everything that regards your daughter and your rights towards her have to go through a judge. DONT SIGN ANYTHING. as the girls father you have rights and it doesnt matter what religion your in. dont let her intimidate you and consult a lawyer before you sing anything. until the jugde decides the fait of that child you have all the right to see her. and she cannot prevent it from hasppening unless she could be in danger by being with you. go to the family court and let them know about your situation. WHAT SHES DOING IS NOT LEGAL AND EVERY PARENT HAS RIGHTS.
